Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect components, materials, and final products as part of the production process.
- Perform activities specified in batch records and SOPs.
- Sample and evaluate products, recognizing action levels and notifying supervisors if limits are exceeded.
- Conduct lot changes, line clearances, and cleaning operations.
- Identify and manage non-conforming products.
- Collaborate in a team environment to solve problems and optimize processes.
- Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and plant policies.
- Participate in area improvements and cost reductions.
- Work with team members to enhance quality, cost, compliance, and safety.
Requirements:
- High School education or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Capable of performing basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to perform minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot equipment.
- Must pass the GMP test and obtain area certifications.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and up to 75 lbs. assisted.
- Willingness to work varying levels of physical activity based on assignments.
Preferences:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and SOPs.
