Our Byesville, OH, USA plant is an integral part of our Beverage division, dedicated to processing and packaging fruit-based juice mixes, syrups, extracts, and other liquid ingredients. What You'll Do






As a Production Operator in Aseptic Beverage Manufacturing, you'll join a fast‑paced, high‑tech production team where safety, quality, and teamwork matter. As a Production Operator, you’ll run and monitor packaging and production equipment in a modern aseptic beverage facility—keeping lines moving efficiently while meeting Kerry’s high standards.





Blending of ingredients has additional responsibility contributing to quality outcomes.






+ Mix and blend batches according to customer formulas


+ Verify ingredients, amounts, and lot numbers


+ Record batch details and maintain accurate documentation


+ Monitor processing controls and address issues quickly


+ Watch for anything that could affect sterility and report mechanical problems


+ Maintain steady product flow to avoid delays


+ Operate a lift truck to move and store ingredients


+ Clean equipment, tanks, rooms, tools, and piping






What You'll Need to Succeed

+ + High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old


+ Experience in food or chemical manufacturing preferred (1 year)


+ Prior operation and certification with electric pallet jacks and lift trucks preferred (6 months)


+ Experience with pulling raw material, weighing, measuring, use of RF scanners, and SAP software is a plus


+ Ability to accurately palletize, transport materials to procution and follow food grade regulatory standards


+ Strong attendance, flexibility for overtime, and commitment to safety and GMPs, including PPE usage


+ Attention to detail, math and analytical skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team


+ Ability to complete required certifications and promptly report food safety or quality concerns


+ Availability for shift hours 230PM-11PM and overtime Monday - Saturday.

The pay rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. S hift hours 230PM-11PM Monday-Friday and Overtime on Saturday.
