Exciting Production Operator Opportunity — Urgently hiring in Salisbury!

Job Title: Production Operator
Pay: $17.45 per hour
Hours: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM, Monday–Friday
Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Operator, you'll help keep operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with your team to ensure quality standards are met while supporting daily production goals and safety procedures.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect and package finished products
  • Operate manufacturing and production equipment
  • Perform machine setup and changeovers
  • Change molds and adjust machinery as needed
  • Troubleshoot basic mechanical and production issues
  • Use measuring tools including calipers
  • Maintain production and quality documentation
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
  • Support daily production goals
What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
  • Inspection/QA experience preferred
  • Injection molding or blow molding experience is a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
