Production Operator - 3 Day work week

Our client company in Green Lane, PA is hiring!

One production Operator for the night shift, Monday through Wednesday 6:45pm-7am

Production Operator duties:

Operate various types of injection molding machines and assembly operations producing a large assortment of products to support manufacturing. Operators are responsible for the entire manufacturing process, including assembly, performing quality checks and monitoring the process. Must demonstrate a positive work attitude, producing quality products at all times. the production operator has the authority to report any process that is producing nonconforming product or any safety violation.

Responsibilities:

*Understand the Quality Policy as it relates to your job

*Before operating any equipment or machine, review the job folder and work order for detailed manufacturing instructions, including packaging an any special quality requirements

*Operate one or multiple mold press machines, equipment, or operations as assigned. Operations may include, but are not limited to: Removing gates, trimming, drilling, sonic welding, assembly, pad printing, and packaging

*Follow both verbal and written instructions, and accurately complete all quality and production related documentation required for each specific work order.

*Maintain accurate and complete production counts and the required level of efficiency and product quality.

*Participate in company sponsored training, continuous improvement and team activities

*Keep workstations and surrounding areas clean and in an orderly manner.

* Follow all safety regulations and the use of equipment as directed by the supervisor

*Perform all other duties as assigned.
