Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to read and interpret instructions. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working in a team, and flexibility to work any shift, including overtime. Preferred experience includes manufacturing, material handling, and computer use. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and confidentiality, with ongoing training in ESD and quality procedures.
