We are currently seeking Production Operators to join the Monroe, WI team.
Pay: $20.50 per hour + $1.00 shift differential (only for Night Shift)
Shift: 6PM to 6AM and 6AM to 6PM- *Training may be on a different shift
The Production Operator has the responsibility for running the filtration equipment in an efficient and productive manner and working/learning the procedures to work the intake bay.
Essential Responsibilities:
Retrieve samples from the trucks delivering product to the intake bays
Unload and perform CIP on all tanker trucks to meet WDA standards
Performs pH, temperature, and peroxide tests on incoming whey loads and records results
Properly document/record all tanker truck CIP washes
Monitor CIP concentrations and maintain wash tanks on truck CIP systems
Complete receiving and discharge line set-up and CIP as needed
Perform load out activities
Retrieve finished product samples and perform % total solids, pH and temperature tests as required per customer specifications
Complete all paperwork associated with finished product loads
Complete and properly document daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly PM requirements as assigned
Follow standard operating procedures and instructions as directed by the Plant Manager
Promote safety by participating in inspections, audits, and regular training with the ability to apply safe work practices in every task performed
Qualifications:
6-12 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to write routine correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively to employees of the organization
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to perform these operations using weight measurement and volume.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
