Production OperatorWe are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our clients team in Akron, Ohio. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for manufacturing. If you enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing process while developing valuable skills in material handling, equipment operation, and teamwork.
Hours:- 11:00am - 7:15pm, first shift (training during 7:00am-3:15pm)
Pay:Key Responsibilities:- Material handling and forklift operation
- Batch loading and processing
- Record keeping and documentation
- Packaging and product certification sampling
- Cleanout of process equipment
- Work area maintenance and set-up
- Adherence to safety standards and objectives
Minimum Requirements:- 2 years of previous manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to wear required safety gear
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
- Ability to move materials up to 70 lbs.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
Nice to Have Skills:- General Math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)
- Detail-oriented with effective communication skills
