What You'll Do as a Production Operator:- Operate production processes to meet output schedules and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient production lines
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance issues promptly
- Perform line changeovers efficiently to maintain production readiness
- Identify and resolve quality issues to maintain product standards
- Follow cleaning and sanitization procedures to maintain safe production areas
- Maintain safety standards and report hazards or unsafe conditions
- Apply lean practices and 5S principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Ability to perform basic math including fractions and decimals
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and follow procedures accurately
- Ability to work extended hours and meet production deadlines
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and repetitive movements
- Ability to work in indoor environments with exposure to heat, humidity, and production materials
