Bush Brothers & Company is looking for full-time 2nd and 3rd shift Plant Operators.
Come join our highly collaborative team! Our high-speed modern facility is seeking candidates who wish to work in the canned food manufacturing industry. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained on several aspects of the production process, including production, quality, sanitation, packaging, and distribution, as well as others.
Manufacturing and forklift operation experience is preferred but not required. All production employees must obtain forklift certification (conducted in-house). Employees are expected to adhere to high quality and safety standards. Must be able to work some overtime. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Starting pay is $22.50/hr, which includes a shift premium. Pay increases as new skills are obtained. Internal posting can be a source for promotion into other career paths such as Maintenance Technician, Coordinator, and Manager when performance and education requirements are met.
