Position OverviewPeople Source People is hiring a Production Associate to support manufacturing operations in a wax production facility. This position involves assisting a full-time employee with the wax pouring and packaging process, handling finished products, and supporting other production areas as needed. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to remain productive during periods of downtime.Job Responsibilities
Assist and work alongside a full-time production employee
Monitor the hot wax pouring process into slab molds
Assist with removing the top layer of cooled wax for recycling
Package cooled wax slabs (approximately 10 lbs. each) into boxes for shipment
Support other production areas when needed
Operate equipment used to fill 55-pound bags with wax pellets
Stack filled bags onto pallets for shrink wrapping and shipping
Perform other duties as assigned
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
Must be dependable with excellent attendance
Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
Willingness to stay productive during periods of downtime
Ability to work rotating shifts
No cell phone use while working (exceptions must be approved by the Production Manager)
Reliable transportation required
