Pay: $16.00$18.00/hour + Shift Premium

2nd Shift Premium: +15%

3rd Shift Premium: +10%

Mancan Staffing Marietta is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team!

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment in a manufacturing environment
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent production
Perform quality checks and process inspections throughout production
Follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and all safety procedures
Assist with production and warehouse operations as needed
Operate forklifts and safely handle materials and finished products
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently

Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Forklift experience required or ability to obtain certification
Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation
Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented work ethic
