Production Operator

Requirements

• Machine operation experience or hands-on GMP/manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of GDP/cGMP requirements and quality control practices
• Physical Fit Test Required
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Operate storage, blending, milling, packaging, and material handling equipment.
• Safely transfer raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods throughout production.
• Assist in operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production plans.
• Identify equipment or process issues and communicate improvement opportunities.
• Collect product samples and perform required inspections and testing.
• Follow all GMP, cGMP, ISO, and quality control procedures for handling, packaging, storage, and inventory.
• Receive, store, subdivide, and deliver raw materials according to production schedules and SOPs.
• Load and unload trucks while minimizing product damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory, receiving, and production documentation.
• Prepare final product labels and maintain label control.
• Report equipment malfunctions and submit work orders as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping and basic maintenance of production areas.
• Participate in shift handoffs, daily Tier 1 meetings, and departmental meetings.
• Assist with SOP creation, change control procedures, validation activities, and nonconformance investigations.
• Complete all required documentation, training, and computer-based learning modules.
