Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred, proficiency in computers, physical ability to move and lift up to 60 pounds, manipulate equipment, and work at heights or in confined spaces. Certification tests are required.
Work involves 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, with frequent overtime and opportunities for advancement after certification.
