Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team to assemble complete products and subassemblies according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Ensure compliance with the PedSafety Handbook, Bambee Policies, and all applicable work rules.
  • Complete all required training before operating any product, tool, or machine.

  • Verify that equipment and tooling calibrations and preventive maintenance (PMs) are current before use.
  • Follow cleanliness and 5S practices to maintain an organized and efficient work area.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process flow and suggest changes that reduce wasted effort and time.
  • Perform and document quality checks as directed by leadership to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Inspect products and perform in-process quality checks with careful attention to detail.
  • Use computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, to complete production, quality, or reporting tasks.
  • Participate as needed in team discussions and decisions that may affect daily work processes.
Essential Skills
  • Experience working in production, general labor, or machine operation within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Ability to operate production and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using small hand tools for assembly tasks.
  • Understanding of basic manufacturing production processes and workflows.
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documented work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail for performing and documenting quality checks and inspections.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Capability to verify equipment and tooling calibrations and recognize when preventive maintenance is due.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and rotate through multiple tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with 5S principles and workplace organization practices.
  • Experience identifying process improvements and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Comfort working with general production and machine operating tasks in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to adapt to changing production priorities and tasks as needed.
Why Work Here?

The culture encourages employees to share ideas for improving processes and reducing waste, creating opportunities to have a direct impact on how work gets done.
