Description

Production Operator

The Production Operator is responsible for safely operating production equipment and supporting the efficient manufacturing of food products while maintaining strict food safety, quality, and sanitation standards. This position requires the ability to work in an extremely hot manufacturing environment for extended periods and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 6 DAYS A WEEK.

Once hired on full-time, pay will increase to $22/hour- PLUS AMAZING BENEFITS!!

2nd and 3rd shifts available, must have availability to train on 1st shift for 2 weeks. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment to meet production goals.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, GMP, FDA, and USDA guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately.
  • Assist with material handling and other production-related duties.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in extreme heat for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Must wear required PPE, including steel-toed boots.
  • No jewelry, watches, facial piercings, or other prohibited items are allowed in production areas.
  • Must comply with all food manufacturing, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of maintaining productivity and quality standards while working in a fast-paced, high-temperature food manufacturing environment.
