Job Title
  • 1st Shift (5:00am -2:00pm with Over-time)
  • $19.00

Express Pros of West Seneca has partnered with a well-established and growing company in the Strykersville area to fill an immediate need for Production Operator. The Production Operator will organize, perform and complete the manufacturing of meal & pelleted feeds to order. This is your opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company that values their employees!

Duties for the Production Operator are:
  • Operate the Bag Feed manufacturing equipment, scales and sewing machines
  • Climbing ladders and working at heights on top of facility
  • Perform scale weight test weekly
  • Dump bag ingredients into mixes as formula requires
  • Shrink wrap and label pallets as required per order
  • Load - unload trucks at the dock as needed
  • Wait on customers as needed
Requirements for the Production Operator include:
  • Previous experience in feed milling, agriculture, food production, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, loaders, and other mill equipment (certification a plus).
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
  • Comfortable with shift work, weekends, or overtime as needed.
