Production Operator

Duration: 12 months

Summary:

• Be a part of the company's production team as a Production Operator.
• Support the production of inorganic color pigments for various industries such as construction, paints & coatings, and plastics.

Responsibilities:

• Charge, blend, and package pigments as instructed by blend, repackaging, or packaging sheets.
• Troubleshoot equipment and make repairs commensurate with skill level.
• Recognize defects in finished products such as lumps or streaking.
• Prepare equipment for new blends by thoroughly cleaning to prevent cross-contamination.
• Complete all required company training.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
