Job Summary:
The employee will be responsible for visually inspecting cast ring for conformance to job order and quality standards.
Essential Job Functions:
The employee will be responsible for the following duties:
Visually inspect cast rings against job order for correct date, degree, name, school spellout, shank detail, trademark and monogram. Inspect for quality of metal fillout Maintains ring tally and notes of Issues and feed back to wax for inspection of molds keeping and identification codes regarding disposition of each wax pattern reject Operate as400 and movement of orders.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
Employee should be able to read a limited number of two or three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
Ability to speak and write simple sentences. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to use a computer keyboard Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to multitask Must have working knowledge of QC inspection operation.
Education/Experience:
