Production Operator - Catheter Manufacturing

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Production Operators with a strong background in catheter manufacturing and the medical device industry. This role requires hands-on experience working in a cleanroom environment and performing detailed work under a microscope to support precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor equipment used in catheter manufacturing processes
  • Perform precision assembly, inspection, and testing of catheter-based products
  • Work in a cleanroom environment, following gowning and contamination control protocols
  • Utilize a microscope for detailed assembly and inspection tasks
  • Follow SOPs, GMP, FDA, and ISO standards
  • Accurately document production and quality activities
  • Identify and troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

  • Required: Direct experience in catheter manufacturing
  • Required: Experience in the medical device industry
  • Hands-on experience working in a cleanroom environment
  • Experience using a microscope for assembly or inspection
  • Strong production/manufacturing background in a regulated setting
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain strict quality standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
