Production Operator - Catheter Manufacturing

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Production Operators with a strong background in catheter manufacturing and the medical device industry. This role requires hands-on experience working in a cleanroom environment and performing detailed work under a microscope to support precision manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor equipment used in catheter manufacturing processes
- Perform precision assembly, inspection, and testing of catheter-based products
- Work in a cleanroom environment, following gowning and contamination control protocols
- Utilize a microscope for detailed assembly and inspection tasks
- Follow SOPs, GMP, FDA, and ISO standards
- Accurately document production and quality activities
- Identify and troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Required: Direct experience in catheter manufacturing
- Required: Experience in the medical device industry
- Hands-on experience working in a cleanroom environment
- Experience using a microscope for assembly or inspection
- Strong production/manufacturing background in a regulated setting
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain strict quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
