Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates for Production Operator positions with a specialty tubing manufacturing leader in the Charlotte area. In this role, you will monitor production machinery, inspect finished products, and support production and quality teams to meet customer specifications. This position offers a 1st shift schedule, overtime availability, and a temporary-to-hire opportunity for candidates with relevant manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production machines to ensure they are running smoothly and alert the proper maintenance person when issues arise.
- Conduct general maintenance on production equipment as needed.
- Visually and manually inspect finished products to ensure quality and customer specifications are met.
- Work with production and quality departments to meet production demands while maintaining quality integrity.
- Package manufactured items according to customer specifications.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar manufacturing or production environment is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
- Demonstrated work history of reliability and strong performance.
- Above-average concern for quality and consistency.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

The base pay range for this position is $11.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
