Summary:
The CMAG Production Associate supports aerospace manufacturing operations by safely producing, packaging, labelling, and handling specialty coating products. This position is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining quality standards, and following all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
" Fill paint products in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner.
" Accurately label and package materials in compliance with applicable DOT requirements.
" Operate air-powered mixing equipment.
" Perform housekeeping activities, including cleaning tanks, spray booths, and other equipment associated with coatings manufacturing.
" Load and unload materials and components as required.
" Mask and unmask parts, perform touch-up and rework activities, and process rejected materials.
" Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
" Operate hoists and other material-handling equipment as required.
" Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
" Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills / Experience:
Previous paint, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is not required. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, a positive attitude, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and accept coaching.
" Ability to respond to changing production priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
" Ability to comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and protocols.
" Ability to safely handle flammable materials in accordance with established procedures.
" Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including understanding and following written and verbal instructions.
" Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and convert between English and metric units of measure.
" Ability to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
" Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
" Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the work shift.
" Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
