Job Title: Production Operator (Manufacturing)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring all production processes meet quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to established procedures
• Assemble, inspect, and package products to meet company specifications
• Perform routine quality checks and report any defects or inconsistencies
• Monitor production processes and make basic adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company policies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Assist with material handling, inventory, and line setup

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset, but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to [25–50 lbs] as required
• Capable of performing repetitive motions (bending, lifting, reaching)
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (noise, temperature variations, etc.)
