Production Operator
Location: Stockton, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule (two days on, two days off, three days on, alternating weekends)
Shift: Day Shift, 4:30 AM - 4:45 PM (12-hour shifts)
Are you ready to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced water bottle manufacturing warehouse? We're currently hiring reliable Production Operators in Stockton who take pride in producing quality products and maintaining a smooth production line.
What You'll Do:
- Operate and closely monitor bottle production machines to ensure consistent performance
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of bottles and accurately complete reports
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues, including clearing jams promptly to minimize downtime
- Assist packaging teams when necessary and maintain a clean, organized work area to meet safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience operating machinery is preferred, but not mandatory; we'll provide training for the right candidate
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods during your shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to understand and speak English clearly
- Flexibility to work weekends and commit to 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
