Production Operator

We have an amazing opportunity to use your skills as a Production Operator in the Sandy, UT area! This position offers a steady work schedule, growth opportunities, and a teamwork environment.
  • Hours:  6:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Pay Rate:  $18.00 per hour
  • Shift: Monday -Thursday

Job Duties
  • Interpret and follow manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, and inspection requirements.
  • Assemble catheter components in a clear room environment.
  • Operate and learn manufacturing equipment and processes efficiently.
  • Complete accurate documentation for material transfers, production steps, and verification activities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality system and clean room requirements
  • Train new assemblers on procedures and best practices.
  • Build medical device assemblies with precision to meet design and production specifications.
  • Inspect work areas, equipment, and tooling for compliance with procedures.
  • Operate production equipment, including Split Die, Braider, Laminator, Pad Printer, RF Tipper, and Coiler.

Qualifications:
  • Entry-level but must have 3-6 months of manufacturing experience
  • Must be fluent in English, reading, writing, and speaking
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
