Job Description Header:
This is hands-on manufacturing work in a food-grade production facility. You will:
Load and set up production machinery
Adjust and operate equipment
Monitor production to ensure quality standards
Follow batch records and Standard Operating Procedures
Use calibrated lab equipment
Drive a forklift to move materials
Load/unload materials and finished product
Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
Follow strict safety and GMP standards
You'll work with steam systems, hot water, and food-grade materials in a structured, safety-focused environment.
Allergen Exposure - Our manufacturing facility exposes employees to various allergens and chemicals integral to our ingredient production process. Potential sensitivities include casein, wheat, soy, papain, whey, rice, pea, cotton, gelatin, and malt, as well as various chemical aromas and fumes.
Job Description:
Knowledge and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
Lift 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Repetitive motion, grasping, reaching, and standing
Comfortable working around food ingredients and production materials
Job Description Footer:
Starting Pay: $32.03/hour
$1.00/hour shift differential (where applicable)
