What your day will look like:- Operate corrugated box manufacturing equipment in accordance with production standards and safety guidelines.
- Load and feed corrugated sheets into machinery to support continuous production flow.
- Stack, bundle, and palletize finished products for shipment and storage.
- Inspect finished boxes for quality, accuracy, and defects to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Follow daily production schedules, work orders, and supervisor instructions to meet output goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Support machine operators and production leads with various production tasks as needed.
- Assist with basic machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers following training and established procedures.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and quality standards.
What we are looking for:- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8–12-hour shifts.
Capable of lifting and moving 25–50 pounds on a regular basis.
Dependable with a strong attendance record and commitment to punctuality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
