Production Operator

Not public transportation accessible. 1st shift Production Associate/Machine Operator

• Operate molding presses and other machinery in the production department, following instructions included in the visual instructions

screen and work order, or given by the supervisor or setup technician

• Visually inspect parts for defects and separate from production run

• Accurately report scrap

• Trim gates, flash and otherwise prepare product for packaging

• Pack parts for shipment according to instruction

• Instruct reliever on product requirements / molding requirements for each run

• Keep work area clean and organized

• Document job hours, ISO documentation, etc.

• Follow policies outlined in the Employee Handbook

• Follow safety policies

• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor

Language skill required:Needs to be able to speak/understand/read English with enough fluency to follow directions and ask questions when in need of direction.

Bilingual!! Spanish and English.
