• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to meet quality and production goals
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production and inventory documentation
• Move materials and support production flow as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with team members to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Cross-train on additional equipment and manufacturing processes

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety, quality, and attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Monday-Friday
• 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
• $18.75/hour

• Sunday-Thursday
• 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM
• $18.75/hour

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of YORK, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
