Position overview
We're hiring Production Operators to receive finished products from the production line, inspect quality, assemble small parts, and prepare goods for shipment. Responsibilities
Inspect products for defects (flashing, discoloration, etc.) and perform basic cleanup as needed
Assemble small parts by hand or with basic tools and report quality concerns to QC
Label, box, and wrap finished products on pallets for storage or shipment
Operate a pallet jack to move materials and finished goods (training provided)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with company procedures

Requirements
Able to stand for up to 12 hours per shift and lift, push, and pull materials as needed
Comfortable using your hands for repetitive tasks and small-parts assembly
Willing to wear closed-toe shoes and follow all PPE and safety requirements
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
