Production Operator

Location: Florence, KY

We are hiring Production Operators to support production operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility. This position assists machine/press operators with material handling, production, quality checks, and keeping the work area running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators with the operation of manufacturing presses and equipment
• Load and unload parts and materials
• Inspect finished parts for quality and defects
• Remove, stack, sort, and package completed parts
• Maintain production pace and follow work instructions
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs repetitively
• Comfortable standing for a full 12 hour shift and performing repetitive tasks
• Dependable with a strong focus on safety, quality, and attendance
