Production Operator
Production Operator job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Follow written procedures for a variety of jobs in the production of microfluidic consumables including coating, basic assembly, kitting and labeling
- Record allwork performed on the appropriate document per procedures
- Bring any safety and production issues to the attention of the supervisor
- Be organized and detail oriented
- Perform cleaning, sanitization, assembly/disassembly of equipment.
- Understand and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Maintain a safe, pleasant and efficient work environment
Additional responsibilities may be assigned
Education and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma and 5 or more years of manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with safety requirements for operation of the chemistry manufacturing.
- Ability to use hand-held or table-top measuring equipment, e.g. pH meter
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and detailed oriented.
- Ability to use computer software
- Must be dependable, flexible and a team player.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand up to 4 hours at a time
