We are hiring a Production Operator responsible for operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality glass products.
Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with pay rates of $17/hour for 1st shift and $19/hour for 2nd and 3rd, plus sign-on bonuses of $1k and $2k respectively.
The role involves operating machinery, preparing products for shipment, managing daily schedules, resolving quality issues, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting team goals.
Basic qualifications include experience with computer or smart device use in a work setting; preferred candidates have 1+ years in manufacturing and 6+ months as a machine operator.
