Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Forklift Certification required. 
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Produced food ingredients by accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials while following GMP/cGMP and standardized formulas.
  • Set up and operated production processes including blending, drying, fermentation, extraction, and filtration, adjusting sequences as required.
  • Monitored and calibrated process instruments (e.g., pH, temperature, conductivity, and metal detection) to maintain product specifications.
  • Performed equipment teardown, cleaning, reassembly, and sanitation per daily/weekly/monthly schedules; maintained a clean, safe, hygienic work area.
  • Troubleshot process/equipment deviations, identified abnormalities (foreign material, color/odor/moisture/temp changes), and took corrective action.
  • Completed production documentation and system transactions (SAP), including PI sheets and batch/recipe records; maintained inventory traceability.
  • Collected samples for QA and performed minor maintenance to support continuous operations and minimize downtime.

Compensation

The pay for this position is $23.00 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position is Sunday – Thursday, 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
