Production Operator

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
Ability to read work orders and follow written instructions
Basic math skills and measurement knowledge
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
You are wearing a respirator and PPE for 8 hours of the day

Essential Responsibilities

Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
Set up machines and adjust settings as needed for production runs
Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to maintenance
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Keep work area clean and organized in compliance with safety standards
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
