Starting at $20/hr with pay increases upon completion of company-provided training, plus a $1 shift differential for overnight shifts.
Position offers day and night shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, on a three days on/off schedule.
The Production Operator is responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and distributing specialty chemicals, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and teamwork.
Responsibilities include loading reactors, monitoring and troubleshooting processes, performing QC tests, operating forklifts, participating in safety and shift meetings, maintaining cleanliness, supporting team members, and following safety protocols.
Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, safety-consciousness, ability to work independently, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in all weather, and pass background, physical, and drug tests. Overtime may be required. Prior chemical manufacturing experience is preferred.
