Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line, maintaining product quality, and supporting the overall production process. This position requires a team player with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Line Operations: Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment on the production line to ensure efficient performance and minimal downtime.
Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of to meet company quality standards, including verifying packaging, labeling, and product consistency.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
Inventory Management: Assist in tracking materials, ensuring an adequate supply for production needs.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to company safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and production areas to comply with food and beverage industry standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and address any challenges.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a physically demanding environment.
Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting machinery are a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
