Production Operator

Brake Press Operator - 2nd ShiftPay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM to 4:00 AMPenmac Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Brake Press Operator for a full-time opportunity with a manufacturing client in the Conway area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a production environment and have experience operating machinery, reading measurements, and producing quality metal components.Requirements for the Brake Press Operator

• Previous manufacturing or brake press experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measuring devices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings

Brake Press Operator Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor brake press equipment to bend and form metal parts according to specifications
• Set up machines using work instructions and production requirements
• Measure finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Inspect completed products for defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
• Assist with other manufacturing and production duties as needed

Pay and ScheduleThis full-time Brake Press Operator position offers a competitive pay rate of $18.50 per hour and a consistent 2nd shift schedule of Monday through Thursday from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
