Job Title: Production Operator
Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (shift times vary between 8:00AM - 10:00AM, end times between 6:00PM - 7:00PM)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Operator, you'll be a key player in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with your team to ensure quality, safety, and timely shipments, making a real difference every day.

What You'll Do
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for

• Assisting with the production of cardboard boxes and packaging materials for outbound shipments
• Operating an electric pallet jack or sit-down forklift (training provided) to load product pallets onto trucks for shipment
• Performing general clean-up of the production line and workspace to maintain a sanitary environment
• Breaking down and cleaning machinery, including daily soap scrubbing and rinsing of equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness of floors through daily washing and monthly deep cleaning using bleach sanitation

What You'll Bring

• Commitment to following GMPs and Food Safety Regulations
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Desire to receive forklift training to assist with loading trucks (previous forklift experience is a plus, but not required)
