Production Operator Job Description:
As a production operator, you would be responsible for packaging, palletizing, and unloading product from production equipment. This is a training position for progression to other forming & padding operations. We have positions available in both our Padding and PET departments, and a variety of shifts available.
Essential Production Operator responsibilities may include:
- Loads machine with trays/pads by continuously reaching & lifting above shoulder height
- Bags, boxes, palletizes finished products
- Performs quality inspections and tests
- Prepares production logs, product tags, and time logs as necessary
- Operates scrap grinder as required and understands recycle system
- Follows and participates in plant safe housekeeping guidelines
- Remains compliant with SQF/HACCP requirements
Shift/Hours:
- Overnights (A shift) - Monday – Friday 12am-8am
- Day Shift (B shift) - Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
- Evenings (C shift) - Monday - Friday 4pm-12am
- Weekends (WA shift) - Saturday - Sunday 12am-12pm, 2 weekdays (Monday-Tuesday) 12am-8am OR 4pm-12am
