Job Summary
We are hiring Production Workers to join a manufacturing team in Hoosick Falls, NY. In this role, you will operate and monitor production equipment, inspect products for quality, and help keep the production area safe, clean, and organized. This is a hands-on manufacturing position with on-the-job training provided.
What You'll Do
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean5S work area
Check products to make sure they meet quality standards
Read** basic drawings **and follow work instructions
Use basic hand tools and measuring instruments
Perform repetitive production and physical tasks
Lift and move materials weighing approximately25–50 lbs.
Perform housekeeping and other production duties as needed
Work with the team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Previous **manufacturing **or **production **experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to read basic drawings/instructions
Basic math skills
Comfortable using** basic measuring tools**
Basic computer skills
Reliable and punctual
Able to perform repetitive physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to work overtime or varied hours when needed
