Production Operator

Join a stable, growing manufacturing team where safety, teamwork, and long-term career growth are valued. As a Production Operator, you'll play an important role in the production, packaging, and shipment of graphite products in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Bag, palletize, wrap, and stage products for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform quality checks on products, bags, and pallets.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory organization.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures.
• Work closely with a small, team-oriented production crew.

• 1+ year of manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a dusty, hot, and physically demanding environment.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkinsville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $20.09 - $20.09/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
