Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Production Operator I role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities:

· Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
· Perform basic setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting to keep equipment running effectively.
· Inspect and verify materials, components, and finished products for quality and consistency.
· Follow established SOPs, safety procedures, and facility guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
· Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling, documentation, and inventory accuracy.
· Maintain cleanliness in work areas and assist with routine cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment.
· Track and document production data, material usage, and workflow information with accuracy.
· Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
· Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety hazards promptly.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar industrial environment preferred.
· Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
· Reliable communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
· Willingness to work varying shifts, including overtime when needed.
· Basic knowledge of safety protocols—training provided.
