    Description

    Job Responsibilities

    • Operates basic machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Loads and unloads materials into machinery.
    • Monitors machine operations and report any issues to the supervisor.
    • Performs routine checks and maintenance of equipment.
    • Maintains a clean and organized work area.
    • Adheres to all safety and company policies.
    • Assists in troubleshooting machine issues.
    • May perform other duties as assigned.

    Job Skills Requirements

    • Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
    • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Basic math skills.
    • Computer skills including ERP systems.
    • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.

    Physical & Environmental Requirements

    • Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
    • Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
    • Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
    • Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
    • May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
