Job Title: Production Operator

Payrate: $21 - $22.56 Per hour On W2
Shift Details:

1st shift: 5: 00 AM –1: 00 PM
Overtime: up to 3: 00 PM or 5: 00 PM

Project Overview
This is an entry-level production role requiring candidates to perform manual tasks such as loading materials, operating basic machinery, packing products, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. The position is physically demanding with long hours of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs (team lift for heavier loads). Basic math, computer skills, and English communication are necessary, while forklift experience is highly prioritized though other machine/material handling backgrounds are also considered. The role involves operating tools like forklifts, saws, routers, and hand trucks, with shifts running from 5: 00 AM to 1: 00 PM and overtime extending up to 5: 00 PM.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow established procedures for manual production tasks.
Load raw materials into machines and remove, pack, and sort finished products.
Collect and dispose of garbage/waste per recycling policies.
Clean production equipment and work areas.
Operate machinery and tools including forklift (priority experience), hand truck, core cutter, miter saw, circular saw, router, banding machine, stretchwrapper, drill/driver, fixed hoists, roll handler, and miscellaneous hand tools.

Skills:

Ability to work in a physically demanding role with long hours of standing and bending.
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs independently;team lift required for heavier loads.
Basic math and computer skills for handling production tasks and inventory systems.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Knowledge of inventory databases is helpful but can be learned on the job.
