Production Operator I

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer in the area.

We are hiring a Production Operator in Plymouth, MN

Shift: Friday-Sunday 5PM-5:30AM (12-hour shifts, 3 days a week)
Pay Rate: $22.20/hr

Production Operator Summary:

• Operate manufacturing equipment to convert raw materials into finished products

• Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure products meet specs

• Maintain accurate inventory and production records

• Support production schedules and material flow maximize efficiency

• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain production output

Production Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently

• Monitor manufacturing processes and perform in-process quality testing

• Record production data and maintain accurate inventory records

• Identify equipment malfunctions and product quality concerns and assist with troubleshooting

• Perform tests including hardness, weight, variation, pH and moisture content

• Read and follow blueprints, subassembly layouts and schematics

Production Operator Requirements:

• High school Diploma or GED required

• Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions

• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts and schematics
