Production Operator

Nesco Resource, 14 time winner of the Best in Staffing Award, is looking for hard-working Production Associates for a reputable document management company on Cleveland's West side. The hours are 8am-4:30pm M-F and the pay is $15 to $17/hour depending on position and experience.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package mail for processing and shipment
• Operate basic mailing and production equipment (training provided)
• Inspect mail pieces for quality, accuracy, and damage
• Load and unload mail trays, tubs, and pallets
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all safety rules and company policies

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Basic reading skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Prior production or warehouse experience preferred, not required

Work Environment

• Indoor production facility
• Moderate noise level
• Repetitive, hands-on work
