Job Overview

As a Production Operator, you will engage in repetitive machine or process operations, following a prescribed routine. You will be responsible for recording and reporting production numbers and performing necessary adjustments to processes or machinery. Proficiency in this role is typically achieved within a few months.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to wear proper PPE, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
• Excellent punctuality and strong attention to detail.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, as well as short correspondence and memos.
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge and compliance with all safety guidelines.

Preferences

• GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.

Work Schedule

Shift Hours: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6 am to 2 pm, with occasional Saturdays.
