Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy industrial equipment in the production department.
• Meet daily production goals efficiently and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and plant areas at the end of each shift.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies, wearing required PPE.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Complete miscellaneous assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check.
• Forklift certification required.
• 2 years of production/manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights greater than 5 feet.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and dusty environments.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Preferences:

• Experience with Forklift and Feed Mill operations.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Shift Details: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm. Training will initially be on the 1st shift from 6am-2:30pm.
