• Must be available to work Sun-Thurs, 10pm - 6:30am (8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break).
• Steel Toe Boots or Safety-toed Shoes Required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Excellent punctuality (6am sharp shift report time).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments.

Preferences:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and group situations.
• Great interpersonal skills and flexibility.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Operate manufacturing equipment including manual bag lifting, stacking, and pallet jack operations.
• Perform repetitive machine or process operations.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Record and report production numbers as required.
