Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, and safety operations. This role is responsible for monitoring production activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring workplace safety, and supporting daily warehouse operations.


Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

  • Monitor and support daily production activities.
  • Track and document production output, material usage, and inventory replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Communicate inventory usage and production updates to management.
  • Ensure all production paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.


Warehouse Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and blending room.
  • Ensure proper storage and placement of materials throughout the facility.
  • Perform and document monthly inspections of fire extinguishers and eyewash stations.
  • Support ongoing warehouse organization and housekeeping initiatives.


Safety & Compliance

  • Review and respond to corporate safety communications.
  • Assist with implementing and communicating safety procedures to employees.
  • Identify and report safety concerns to management.
  • Support corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.


Shipping & Receiving

  • Process and document incoming shipments.
  • Maintain accurate receiving records and paperwork.
  • Process shipping documentation and maintain shipment records.
  • Communicate shipping and receiving activity to management.


Qualifications

  • Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret weights, measurements, and scales.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
